好評：I came to Iceland from the US with my son and daughter‑in‑law, Joe and Annie. I’m 81. On our first day, Christian got me a single room to rest and let me sit at the back of the bus.
Some tour members were selfish. They kept complaining, showed up late and made trouble. Even when treated badly, Christian stayed patient and tried his best to keep everyone getting along.
He is such a great guide. I really admire him and feel for him. I hope I can see him again.

好評：因為和團友拼房休息不好，我跟宋導反映了這個情況。但團裡其他男團友也不太願意和我拼房，甚至還和宋導發生了衝突。宋導顧全團隊大局，讓出自己的房間和我拼房。我內心十分感動，從來沒有遇到過這麼貼心的導遊，一定要給宋導五星好評。
